Born in the quiet hours of the night on March 1st – the first day of spring.
Named after a star.

It was a difficult foaling for Nunu, and we needed veterinary assistance afterwards – but fortunately both mare and foal are doing well again.

From proud roots, the stars of tomorrow grow. ✨

🐴 Exciting Expectations at Stutteri Just – 5 Mares Expecting Foals in 2026

We are heading into an exciting year here at Stutteri Just.

During 2026, we are looking forward to five upcoming foalings, and we can't wait to welcome new foals to the stud.

Foaling season is always a special time, filled with anticipation, busy days, and unforgettable moments. We will be monitoring each mare closely to ensure the very best conditions for both mare and foal.

We will share updates and small glimpses from the stable as the first foals arrive.

🐴 Courageux Coeur aka Modig has come home to Just JK

We are very proud to continue Jens Kvist's legacy at Just JK.

Modig is a foal out of Quaprice – bred by Jens and now owned by Carola. At the same time, it is Carola who bred Modig. This makes the story truly special, as the generations, cooperation, and trust between us continue to connect everything.

It means a great deal to us to build on a foundation where passion for breeding, strong relationships, and uncompromising quality go hand in hand.

We look forward to following Modig's development and to letting the legacy live on into the next generation – with pride and gratitude.

🏡 A New Chapter – on Familiar Ground

It means more than words can almost express:
I have bought the farm.

It was Lorents' farm – and of course he will continue to live here. This means that security, community, and our daily cooperation will remain. The surroundings are the same, but the responsibility for the foundation is now mine.

This farm is not just land and buildings. It carries the story of a journey that began when I met Jens. His passion for breeding, his eye for quality, and his courage to think long-term set the direction for me. When he passed away, I promised myself to continue his work – not only in breeding, but in the spirit behind it.

Standing here now, with the opportunity to continue everything on this farm, feels like a quiet circle closing – and a new one beginning.

Here, foals have taken their first steps.
Here, relationships have grown stronger.
Here, dreams have been given space to grow.

Now it is my responsibility to let them continue to grow.

I feel deep gratitude – grateful for the people who stand behind me through thick and thin. The future is not built alone. It is built on roots, relationships, and the courage to continue.

Ganesha made a great debut!
At his presentation at Klosterhof Medingen, Ganesha showed himself at his very best – with three strong, ground-covering gaits and an impressively calm and cooperative temperament.

Ganesha is now officially registered with the Hannoveraner Verband, marking an important step towards an exciting future.

With an exceptional pedigree – Global Hope / Abanons / Inselfürst / Gribaldi – the outlook is very promising.

The family is coming together – and the herd is growing ❤️🐴
Two wonderful mares, Caramba and Caprice, have now become part of Stutteri Just JK, and we couldn't be happier.
Carola, who worked with Jens Kvist and Cindy for many years, is the proud owner of both mares.

Caramba is by Crown Z, with bloodlines going back to Jalisco B and Fair Play III – a pedigree full of performance and power.
Caprice is by Conthago, known for his modern, athletic blood and excellent rideability.

Both mares bring outstanding pedigrees – true enrichments for the soul and future of our stud.

It feels just right – as if all the puzzle pieces are falling into place.
We believe Jens is watching from somewhere, and we hope he's smiling, seeing how the people and horses he cared so deeply about are still coming together around what he loved.
