Fidertanz (born in 2002) is one of the most influential dressage breeding stallions in the world. He was named Hanoverian Stallion of the Year in 2021 and has had a significant impact on both dressage and eventing breeding.

Great-Grandfather: Flemmingh

 – From Show Jumper to Dressage Legend -
The famous Dutch breeder Wiepke van der Lageweg found his key breeding stock in Germany, especially in Holstein. One of his best investments was the bay stallion Flemmingh.

Although he was initially considered a show jumper, Flemmingh became one of the most influential dressage breeding stallions of all time.

1990: Placed 3rd in the material test with three 9s, including a 9 for jumping
1992/93: Described in The Leading Sires of The Netherlands as a stallion with fine movements, active and spacious walk, smooth trot, and good canter

Rubinstein I is a legend in the dressage world and one of the most influential dressage stallions ever.

Dam: Fortuna

Desirée's dam, Fortuna, is a main studbook mare and descends from a strong mare family with several state premium mares.

Fortuna was bred by Jens Kvist and is now owned by Future Dressage, where she is part of their exclusive breeding program.
